Overview and purpose of the position
The job holder is responsible for developing the strategy and implementation operations for HEADS-UPP (Health and Development Support in Preschool Partnerships) and Sleep Easy Programme (SleEP).
Responsibilities:
Programme Development Work collaboratively with Ministries (e.g., Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education), internal partners (e.g., Regional Health Services Office), and external stakeholders (e.g., Health Promotion Board, People's Association, community care partners and related agencies). Responsibilities include identifying needs and opportunities, proposing relevant initiatives, and partnering stakeholders to design effective interventions or quality improvement efforts for each programme.
