Key partner and enabler to institution and functional leaders to effect scalable talent management and succession planning programmes, systems, and processes to accelerate development of key talent to support the goals. Actively engage institutions to understand their needs and requirements to provide recommendations to strengthen talent ecosystem and its components.
Manage and maintain the cluster level talent database. Leverage data from multiple sources to perform on-demand reporting and quality data analysis on the cluster talent pipeline in partnership with HR technology and analytics teams.
