Natalie Lue with Robert Half is seeking a hands-on Accounting Supervisor with QuickBooks expertise to support a diverse client base. Must have prior supervisory experience and strong full-cycle accounting skills.


Key responsibilities:

• Full-charge bookkeeping

• AP/AR + reconciliations

• Payroll (Paychex, ADP, etc. a plus)

• Financial reporting + analysis

• Team supervision

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field

• 5+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience

• 1+ year supervisory experience

• Advanced QuickBooks proficiency

• Strong organization and communication skills
