Position Overview
Supporting the Sales and Marketing Division, this position will overseesales control activity, ensure compliance and drive accurate financialreporting. Responsibilities: Lead and manage sales control operations on timely basis. Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and audit requirements Oversee sales closing and ensure timely and accurate reporting Prepare and present the annual budgeting process, including consolidation and analysis of budgets Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain to reconcile sales and inventory data Manage product mix of sales in line with supply chain and business plans Drive process improvements and maintain/update SOPs Lead system and ERP enhancements to improve operational efficiency Supervise and develop a team of Sales Control staff Requirements: Degree in Business, or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to work across regions and manage diverse stakeholders Strong ana...
