The Role
This position will oversee the daily upkeep of common areas, manage vendor relationships for site services, procurement and ensure the facility adheres to all statutory and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Key personnel on site to ensure the provision of building services meet the required standards and expenses kept within budget.Oversee Common Area Maintenance (CAM) & facility operations through routine inspections, proper vendor management and utility management.Ensure the facility maintains valid licenses for fire safety (NOC), electrical systems, pollution control, and land use.Implement and monitor safety protocols across the site.Develop and establish good communication and relationship with tenants and vendors.Identify and onboard reliable vendors for facility services, specialized equipment and construction materials as per comp...
