Location: Pasir Ris Job Description Operational Delivery Ensure projects are consistently on brief, on time and on budget Ensure compliance and championship of internal processes with both internal and external stakeholders Management of key suppliers, ensuring delivery of their project area is delivered within budget and to a high quality in line with client expectations Management of event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that events are executed within budget. This may include negotiating contracts, managing payments, and tracking financial records Assist in the Service Quality feedback to assess the success of the event, analyze and identify areas for improvement in future events Facilitate programmes, rehearsals, and onsite briefings when required
