1. Ensure adherence to responsible selling and structure proposed solution that meets client’s financial needs.
2. To ensure the accurate and timely completion of –
• Applications forms is duly completed prior to submission.
• To ensure all relevant income documents is obtained from customer to adequately support the application.
• Submission of sales / pipeline management reports.
3. To ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
4. Keeping abreast with updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the management for appropriate action.
