Position Overview

The Assistant Manager – PMO will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making, operational governance, resource optimization, and financial performance within US healthcare operations. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights, ensuring quality and compliance adherence, and supporting leadership with robust MIS reporting and performance management. 
Key Responsibilities:   
. Data Analysis & Reporting  
Perform in-depth analysis of operational metrics including: User and process level Production report Productivity, downtime and OT Analysis Monthly incentives and allowance calculations Capacity planning and forecasting  
Develop and publish weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
