Position Overview
The HRIS and Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights through HR data analytics. This role supports HR operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role provides support to HR Business Partners (HRBP).
Key Responsibilities:
