Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager Planning Civil for high‑rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and coordination to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and update project schedules, work programs and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules and look‑ahead plans for project execution.
- Review project drawings, technical documents and construction schedules.
