Job Description

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Manage and supervise to ensure the requirements inventory system is properly maintained.
• Assisting Deputy Manager/Manager in various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisal, disciplinary actions, staffing schedules and employee development.
• Supervise to ensure Compliance of SOPs & Process flows as defined by IHHN.
• Maintain financial reports and records pertinent to warehouse operations.
