Communications and Public Relations Office Ref. no : C/CPRO/AM_OFF_MKT/06/26-AP2 Major Duties: (a) To support the development of digital marketing initiatives for VTC programmes and assist in the setup and management of digital corporate communication platforms; (b) To implement seamless cross-platform digital marketing campaigns across social media, mobile marketing, online advertising, and website projects to drive measurable results; (c) To assist in developing content strategies and manage daily updates across all digital channels; (d) To manage and optimise digital CRM and database systems to support targeted outreach; (e) To track, analyse and report on campaign performance, turning metrics into actionable insights for continuous optimisation; and (f) To partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all digital initiatives align with VTC’s strategic objectives.
