It ensures efficient day‑to‑day office functioning, strong vendor coordination, and successful delivery of workplace initiatives, including office relocation and space management, while maintaining a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities - Manage office operations, including reception, mail, calls, couriers, and general administration
- Lead office move and relocation activities, including vendor coordination, reinstatement, logistics, and workspace setup
- Oversee office facilities, supplies, equipment, pantry services, and access control systems
- Maintain a well‑run, safe, and professional office environment for employees and visitors
