Position Overview
Responsible for strategic talent acquisition with a strong focus on hiring high‑caliber internationally trained clinicians and leadership talent. Drive proactive headhunting, talent intelligence and pipeline building to support specialized and super‑specialty services aligned with the hospital’s premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities - Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for critical roles including Consultants, Specialists, Nursing leaders, niche allied health professionals and other non‑clinical roles.
- Partner closely with Clinical Leadership and Executive Management to anticipate talent needs for advanced specialties and service line expansions.
- Lead executive search and headhunting for senior and hard‑to‑fill roles through market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and global talent outreach.
