Job Description
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure proper packing, labeling, and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, inventory levels, shipment tracking, and any discrepancies. Prepare the required shipping documentation for all export shipments. Transmit export declarations as needed Organize and arrange the transmission and filing of import and export related documentation Ensure for proper coordination with logistics providers and provide reports Update ERP, logistics and shipping software data as needed Work closely with Hub Customer Service to ensure for compliance and timely shipments Provide assistance to Armstrong logistics departments with inter-company and inventory activities Attend logistics meetings - p...
