Job Responsibilities
Assists the Learning & Development Department as Human Resources Department to drive various Learning & Development / Associate Engagement processes in line with the orgainsiational objectives.
Assists the Learning & Development manager in driving the Taj Swagat process.
*Assists the Learning & Development manager in completion of mandatory online modules.
*Assists in organizing classroom traininigs as per the training calender.
*Assists in skill certification process for all front line associates.
*Assists the L&D Manager in identifying training needs on the basis of information through various channels.
*Administers of training calendar.
Liases with the Human resources team for conducting various employee engagement activities.
