Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance of funds dealing procedures with fund documentation (including Prospectus/Offering Documents, Servicing Agreements and Operating Memorandums)Prepare & check internal and external reports to management, clients (Fund Manager, Distributor) and investors/distributors (e.g. client reporting, KPI reporting, etc)Follow up outstanding documents for KYC & subscription payments on the Funds accountTranslation of key information in KYC Document from Mandarin to English under clients indemnity letterProvide high quality and professional client service to ensure CACEIS Investor & Treasury Services Values are well maintained
