**Description**
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Ensures accurate and timely timecard management for both self and staff.
+ Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
+ Achieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality, appearance of retail store, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and by creating a positive, productive working environment.
+ Controls cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
+ Prepares all required paperwork, forms, and reports in an organized and timely manner.
+ Upholds dress code standards for both self and staff.
+ Uses provided company tools and processes to document the performance of staff.
