Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing, configuring integrations between WMS and TMS, and between customer’s and DHL system.
• Responsible for data extractions for Power BI usage.
• Responsible for any other data analytics requirement initiated locally or within APAC, by utilizing DHL standard tools or platform.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs.
• Perform study and implementation of new IT solutions to the business in a timely and quality manner.
• Provide guidance on other team members on newly implemented solution.
• Manage projects as assigned from time to time.
• Participate in the testing, training, implementation and post-implementation support for the projects.
