Complete understanding of Investigation query messages such as returns of funds, Unable to apply, Amendment, BCNR, Recall, RFI and back valuation.
Knowledge of both outward and inward remittance.
Perform Quality checks for CPC processes and publish Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS and dashboard.
Analyzing recurrent queries and working with managers to suggest process improvements to reduce repetitive queries.
Share proper feedback with the processing team.

Ensure timely RCSA performed for all CPC processes and uploaded in PRISM for UAE and IBG locations
