Position Overview
The Assistant Manager helps to support the effective day-to-day operations of the Centre. These might include staff supervision, administrative tasks, and other operational tasks. Job Responsibilities
Staff Supervision: Update the manager on clients' progress and development Supervise staff in their collaboration with Psychological Services and schools' SEN-O on case management Oversee Kids Club programmes Mentor newer teachers Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
Centre Operations & Administration: Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the Centre Manage class schedules Assist in enrolment and placement process Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating programmes and activities Assist in reporting to Senior Management/ Funders Handle students' administrative matters
