Position Overview
- Provide legal assistance to the management on different labor and other applicable laws/legislations of land
- Maintain effective relationship with relevant governmental departments like EOBI, PESSI, Labor, PWWB, Apprenticeship, Police, SNGPL, LESCO, Social Welfare, Town Municipal, Health and Others
- Receive employees complaints/problems subsequently conduct impartial investigations/inquiries as per applicable laws and recommend action (s) to be taken
- Maintain compliance with Industrial Relations Act
- Arrange awareness session (s) for employees to enhance their understating on their legal requirements
- Timely submission of reports to relevant governmental institutions
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters and L.L.B. preferably D.L.L.
