Position Synopsis: Individual will be responsible to oversee the technical and resource requirements necessary for assigned I&C engineering projects and personnel. Individual will oversee the performance of engineering activities for assigned engineering projects. Individual will be responsible to ensure that accurate engineering deliverable reviews are accomplished and are consistent with client processes and procedures. Participation in field walk downs is necessary. Engineering scope includes developing engineering designs and determination of project scope. Position requires the individual to exercise independent judgment in leading direct reports in the day-to-day activities necessary to support ongoing work. Individual will need to communicate with project managers, designers, other engineering disciplines, and clients to coordinate the development of project deliverables and schedules, assign resources, and resolve discrepancies.
