Position Overview
Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding process. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support and market insights. Coordinate and manage HR administrative tasks, including employee records, employment documents, probation evaluation, attendance, and related HR reports. Support employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth employee experience. Organize and coordinate HR activities and employee engagement programs to promote positive workplace culture. Support internal communication and HR announcements. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding HR-related matters. Ensure HR operations and processes are aligned with company policies and labor regulations. Support other HR projects and assignments as assigned.
