Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the HSSE Manager by planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring HSSE policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, UAE regulatory requirements, and international standards.

Lead and manage the HSSE team through effective supervision, workforce planning, attendance and roster management, coaching, performance feedback, and timely escalation of operational or compliance risks.

Coordinate proactively with internal departments, contractors, and clients on all HSSE matters and represent the function in pre-job briefings, risk review sessions, planning workshops, and client meetings.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, UAE legislation, MOHRE, Civil Defence, Environmental Regulations, client-specific requirements, and international management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including execution of routine and ad-hoc audits and inspection...
