Position Overview
As the Assistant Manager, Growth & Lifecycle Marketing, you will be the key enabler behind our subscriber growth engine. You will execute the roadmap for digital acquisition and long-term retention. You aren't just managing campaigns; you are optimising the 'plumbing' of our growth funnel, ensuring that every touchpoint, from the paywall to the renewal email, is data-driven, targeted, and optimised for performance and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Growth & Funnel Implementation Funnel Maintenance: Manage the daily operations of the digital sales funnel, ensuring the paywall and e-shop journeys are seamless and high-performing. Test Execution: Coordinate and deploy 'always-on' A/B testing across the sales funnel, documenting results to inform future iterations. Performance Tracking: Monitor conversion health and identify technical or UX friction points that require immediate intervention.
