Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee company-wide financial management; prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts; drive business-finance integration and support operational decision-making
2. Lead the build-out of the financial accounting framework, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and listed-company regulatory requirements
3. Liaise with external auditors and investors; produce quarterly/annual financial reports and handle post-investment management matters
4. Develop financial analysis models, track key business metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
