Position Overview
This role is deployed to AISG and is a 2-year full time contract.
Key Responsibilities - Manage non-grant related finance operations for AISG including payments, invoicing, and fixed assets
- Work with the AISG team to support financial planning and monitoring of educational collaborations, research collaborations and gifts
- Ensure accurate and timely payments
- Review and follow-up on outstanding fund receipts
- Handle enquiries from collaborators or trainees related to financial issues
- Support management in various financial and management reporting and audit issues
Requirements - Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, preferably in a university or research environment
