Job Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end execution of seasonal retail campaigns, including planning, launch, and post-campaign reviewCoordinate timelines across departments (Culinary, Pastry, Marketing, Procurement) to ensure all milestones are metTrack campaign progress, ensuring readiness of products, marketing materials, and stock availabilityOversee daily operations of festive retail outlets, pop-ups, and booths, ensuring smooth processes and excellent serviceManage order processing, payment handling, and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of retail and bulk ordersMonitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and support demand forecasting to minimise wastage and stockoutsCoordinate logistics for packing, storage, and delivery while maintaining operational efficiency
