Position Overview
Assistant Manager/ Executive - Retail Operations and Planning Overall Job Purpose:
- Key responsibilities: Staff management, inventory control, marketing activities, sales reports and meeting sales targets.
Job Description - Overseeing all retail operations and ensuring productivity levels are met.
- Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of retail staff, sometimes including recruitment and training.
- Backend ordering and sales reporting
- Communicating with vendors, clients and team members to achieve business goals. Monitoring retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
- Any other duties as assigned.
