Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Tenant Management (Retail Tenancies)
Conduct regular inspections on tenants' housekeeping ensuring that the common services are not affected. Ensuring no encroachment of retail tenants’ merchandise onto common areasTenants’ main contact point for RCSC (Levels B2, B1 & L3)Attend to tenant’s daily operation’s needs, feedback and perform service recovery if required. Includes coordination with tenants and other departments for floor trap/ kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, Landlord FCU monthly maintenance arrangements, leakage repairs maintenance, change of shopfront visuals etc.To facilitate office and retail tenants’ tenancy changeover process (handover / takeover) including preparing all handover letters, reinstatement letters, preparation of M&E specifications for Tenancy Agreements, calculation of electricity deposits. Collect necessary fitting-out deposit, utility deposit, etc....
