Position Overview
Functional Responsibilities Manage day-to-day activities related to infrastructure development and engineering projects across the campus.
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of ongoing infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, vendors) on infrastructure-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and institute policies during project execution.
- Assist the Vice Provost Operations in preparing infrastructure related reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare RFPs, tender documents, scope of work, and other documentation for infrastructure expansion and upgrades.
