Responsible for **Environment, Health,** **OHC, Chemical, Legal** **requirements and** **Emergency Response:**

+ Ensure 100% legal and Statustory compliances -like HSPCB, Annual returns, Hazardous waste returns, Fire Licenses, Factories inspector- Accident reporting, annual return submission
+ Ensure statutory compliance in terms of EHS pertaining to business centre
+ Assist BC to develop the enviornmental Aspect & Impacts and monitoring plan for significant asspects and impacts
+ Ensure Environmental spillage to be control, waste minimization and reduce recycle reuse
+ Conduct periodic Mock Drills / evacuation drills / Fire Drills and other preparations related to Emergency Preparedness. Follow up and complete the open actionable on these aspects.
+ Supporting in managing chemical safety program to users in plant
+ Periodic updates on Customer requirements on Environmental Aspects of Business
