Role Overview The Content Executive owns the end-to-end product content lifecycle on the Home Centre website. This role ensures all products go live with accurate, complete, and high-quality content, and requires close coordination across the buying, digital, and studio teams.
Key Responsibilities - Own the full product listing process; from sending products to shoot through to final content upload on the website.
- Collate, validate, and ensure completeness of all product content including attributes, descriptions, and images.
- Coordinate with the buying team to ensure all required product information is delivered before the product arrives at the warehouse.
- Partner with the buying, digital content, and studio teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Conduct daily QC of items going live to ensure no errors on Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
