The Development Department inNational Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is looking for an Assistant Manager tojoin the team. He/ she will be responsible for assisting his/her Supervisor inimplementing the Department’s partnerships strategic plans. The incumbent willbe expected to:

• assist and support strategic initiatives spanning growth strategy andoperational organisational excellence to ensure alignment with NNI’s strategiccontinuum map
• identify, plan and oversee collaborative relationships that deliver tangiblegrowth outcomes including market expansion and revenue enhancement
• ensure timely responses to queries from patients and escalate urgent concernsappropriately, and work to enhance overall patient satisfaction through clear,compassionate communication
• cultivate community partnerships at the corporate level to harness communityresources to achieve the department's vision and objective.
