Job Description
1. Campaign Management (AU)
- Plan, execute and optimize AU eCommerce campaigns to improve revenue, conversion and product sell-through.
- Partner with AU Marketing and key stakeholders (including BU owners) to shape the campaign calendar, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and deliver launches on time.
- Build and optimize campaign landing pages, homepage placements, and content/creative updates to improve engagement and conversion.
- Launch targeted offers and personalization initiatives (Adobe Target or similar) to increase conversion, basket size and repeat purchase.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable reporting/insights (e.g., conversion, revenue contribution, uplift) to improve ROI.
- Ensure end-to-end campaign and promotion setup accuracy across systems to reduce launch risk and protect customer experience/trust.
