What the role is Assistant Manager, Business Planning & Development
What you will be working on - Plan and execute adaptive reuse of State land and properties before they are slated for long term developments.
- Rejuvenate portfolio properties by engaging market players to explore new uses.
- Work with other agencies and business partners for potential collaboration on strategic properties and projects.
- Support the division and appointed agents in the planning and implementation of leasing strategies and tenant mix for the properties under the portfolio.
- Assist in formulating and implementing retail concepts and target prospective tenants.
- Assist in prospecting/leasing of spaces and conduct viewings of available space.
- Monitor current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy of the development(s).
