Job Accountabilities:
Customer
1.Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
2.Landing new IP target customer
3.Respond to customer RFI, RFQ and Tenders
4.Manage customer expectations/needs/enquiries/complaints
5.Lead and monitor the execution and implementation of awarding projects, be responsible for project P&L
6.Understand and implement solutions to meet customer requirements
Head of Commercial
1.Work with commercial head to achieve the revenue and GP objectives.
2.Provide market analysis data to Head of Commercial to facilitate business performance review & evaluation
3.Support to devise, fine tune and implement overall strategy and directives
Other Functions
1.Coordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to IP customers
