Position Overview
Job Summary:
Trains team to conduct assessments and provide diagnoses. Supervises team members and provides feedback, helps team to communicate to share results, discuss treatment plans, and provide resources. Monitors others assessment of urgent, high-risk clinical situations. Leads team to advocate for members/patients, address care issues, implement feedback, and/or investigate complaint resolutions, provides training and resources to team, ensuring a high-quality care experience, and reviews and confirms the teams referral to the appropriate services, and reviews information shared with providers. Monitors the teams quality and effectiveness in executing programs and recommends adjustments, trains team on systems and processes and encourages them to identify areas of improvement for programs, and manages provider schedules.
