In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage Set-Monitor-Improve KPIs Metrics on Error, Productivity & Service levels. To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies To work with Sales & Industry teams on fixing the AE Selection guidelines & alternate proposals on a project with increased complexity, lead time & cost Ensure AE Selection guidelines are set and documented prior to all project’s quotations. Drive MIB & New product selection opportunities in quote strategy. Prepare technical/commercial quote and attend customer meets when required.
