Promotes an ethics-based culture, delivering practical solutions, guidance and training, identifies and manages less moderately complex Compliance Risks implementing policies, processes and controls related to the Compliance Risk Universe, including Shariah Compliance. Interacts with supervisory bodies whenever required
Ensure the compliance strategy is aligned with the business strategy, regulatory requirements, and emerging industry trends
Assess new laws, regulations and trends, their applicability, and implementation to Zurich’s operations in the jurisdiction, in alignment with Legal, to ensure all Compliance Risks are appropriately identified, evaluated and managed
