Accounting Operations & Financial Close - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities - Manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and financial substantiation processes - Ensure accuracy of general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, and intercompany transactions - Resolve complex accounting issues in coordination with global controllership teams - Ensure alignment of local GAAP (Ind AS) with global accounting standards Internal Controls & Governance - Act as Internal Control Environment (ICE) lead for India operations - Ensure SOX compliance, fraud assessments, and internal audit coordination - Drive improvements in control design, documentation, and testing processes - Ensure accuracy and quality of
