Responsibilities - Liaise with both academics, external instructors and industry practitioners for programmes
- Support in securing funding and subsidies for the development of programs, including marketing of lifelong learning programmes locally and overseas
- Support in data collection in strategic plans and program related processes, including the certification and attendance endorsement
- Work closely with various departments and external vendors to organize and ensure both lifelong learning and transferrable skills programmes run smoothly
- Manage any administrative and logistics matters related to the programmes
- Assist in budget monitoring and planning of transferrable skills programmes
Requirements - A recognized university degree
- At least 3 years of administrative working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
