Position Overview
Duties
Oversee day to day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Support & inspire department teams to maintain hight service standards
Assist in implementing and maintaining efficient operational procedures
Champion a guest centric culture across all areas of the property
Manage guest feedback and resolve concerns
Ensure compliance with financial protocols, labour legislation and administrative requirements
Work closely with General Mangers to ensure smoot seasonal operations
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Build strong relationships with local suppliers, fisherman and artisans
Requirements:
Proven stable work history within the hospitality industry
A complementary couple with strong experience across F&B management, Front Office, Reservations & Housekeeping
South African residency essential
