Assistant F&B Maître d'hôtel
We are looking for a professional with a passion for the hospitality industry, with experience in 4 and 5-star Hotels, capable of combining operational excellence with strategic leadership.

Missions
Non-exhaustive list of activities & tasks
- Be an ambassador for the Hotel and its F&B departments, including the gourmet Restaurant Chez Meyer’s, Jack’s Brasserie, the Breakfast, the Sushi bar and the banquets.
- Manage the F&B operations with the team in the absence of the Manager, guaranteeing F&B service operations are up to Relais & Châteaux standards.
- Comfortable with all types of service: à la carte, banquet, gueridon service, buffet, and others.
