Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or internal stakeholders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
2. Process Improvement & Efficiency Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Support automation and system improvements through Kaizen.
Ensure proper documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are maintained and followed.
3. Inventory Control Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize losses or damages.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
