JOB DETAILS

1.Manage the local and import purchase from the authorized suppliers.
2.Coordinate with the custom house agents, finance team and the regulatory bodies to ensure on time import custom clearance.

3.Responsible for compliance of customs and managing customs clearing costs and payments.

4.Liaise for getting the material in the warehouse after the EVA approval and ensure the necessary SAP entries & documentation as per the standard operating procedure.

5.Manage documentation and bill of entry on behalf of customers and ensure on time delivery in SEZ/ high sea sales to key customers.

6.Responsible for the overall supply chain management of bulk materials.

7.Handle on-time export to Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Dubai & Singapore along with the necessary payments and documentation.
