The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting in-house legal matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing practical legal advice to business teams. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel while proactively managing legal risks.

• Provide legal support on corporate and commercial matters across business units
• Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements (services, leases, MOUs, NDAs)
