The Assistant IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the hotel’s IT infrastructure, guaranteeing business continuity and providing high‑quality technical support to both internal users and guests. The role will also act as Head of the Department in the absence of the IT Manager .
The position reports to the Director of IT .
