Your Opportunity

Located in Robertson, Triple Care Farm is a Mission Australia residential Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) withdrawal, rehabilitation, and treatment program for young people between 16-24 years.

Your role will provide holistic nursing care support to young people who are either withdrawing from drugs and/or alcohol dependence in a safe and supported environment. You will be assisting in a plan of care under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse. You will work Day/Afternoon and active overnight in a shift work/rostered environment. 

Your key responsibilities will be to: 

• Provide assistance to the nursing team as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN)
• Ensure care activities to Residents in accordance with the nursing care plan
